Please notice that HANEVEARdoes not save your credit/debit card number and personal information entered into the payment field when you proceed with a payment. For questions about the transactions on your bank card, please contact the bank that issued your credit/debit card.

Kindly note that if you pay by credit card, your payment could somehow be denied at the checkout by our system in defense against possible credit card fraud. It's a good idea to call your credit card company or bank ahead of time to let them know about the purchase so that it doesn't get declined.

Ships to the US ONLY. Free Shipping to the United States. (Free Shipping to Lower 48 States)

Transportation Cost And Time

We ship the bike from Fontana, CA, with free shipping and no customs duty. The bike will be delivered 3-7 business days after placing the order. The order is shipped within 1 working day. No delivery will be arranged on weekends. If the product is out of stock, it is expected that the inventory will be restored in about one month. Usually out of stock, we can check it on the website. If it is due to particular circumstances, we will send you an email to inform you of the out-of-stock situation.

[ATTENTIONS]: We use US Fedx for delivery and require an adult signature upon delivery.

Verification

We will send you a confirmation email once your order is verified. After verification, in principle, the order will not be canceled during this period, considering the handling process has already started. Still, we will try our best to communicate with you via email or phone to find a good solution.

Warranty

HANEVEAR BIKE 1-YEAR WARRANTY
All HANEVEAR bikes We provide a 1-year warranty on electronic components to the original owner, starting from the date the customer receives the bike.

Frame: Frame comes with a 2-year warranty

Battery: 1-year warranty.

HANEVEAR will replace any and all component that is deemed to be defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipment)

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

1. Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
2. Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage, unless caused by Philodo Bikes;
3. Product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible;
4. Ordinary wear and tear;
5. Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by HANEVEAR Bikes with the Products;
6. Defects or damage caused by assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual;
7. Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse or improper use of any electrical source;
8. Caused by charging by a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the Battery or the improper use of a battery charger;
9. Where any of the seals on the Battery are broken or show evidence of tampering;
10. Where the Battery has been used in equipment other than the Bike for which it is specified;
11. The corresponding issues on battery and e-bike will not be covered by the warranty after using a battery that is not specific to your e-bike model. We do not recommend you to use a battery of other brands on HANEVEAR bikes, the battery protection system may not be the same, there may be incompatible situations leading to damage to our motors and dispalys.

How To Get a Maintenace:

If the bike is found damaged due to product quality or during transportation, please provide photos or videos of the damaged parts. We will send new parts for replacement for free and provide video guidance. Please contact customer service for support as soon as you find a problem.

Refund Policy

We aim to provide every customer with the perfect product at the best price and the most incredible shopping experience, so we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days to apply for a return after receiving the goods. To qualify for a return, your goods must be in the same condition as you received, undamaged or unused, labeled, and in the original packaging.

Please contact our Customer Service Department at linda@hanevear-ebike.com to approve the return within 15 days. We have helpful suggestions if you are considering a return due to the performance of the item, sizing, or for any other reason. Keep in mind that exchange for a Philodo product better suited to your needs is also possible. After the 15-day period expires, the product cannot be returned to HANEVEAR. All returns must be repacked back into the original packaging when you send it back to us. Photos will be needed as proof and necessary materials for the return, including but not limited to:

  • All the bike parts are cleaned
  • The bike is fully disassembled and wrapped up with foam paper
  • All separate parts/keys/tools/accessories
  • The bike is packed up and put inside the original cargo box
  • Please get in touch with us and our customer service representative will provide you with a return address. Once your return is received, we will process a refund in 2-3 weeks. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Once your refund has been processed, it will take 7 to 10 business days for your bank to process the credit and apply it to your account.


Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt. If the goods are defective, damaged, or receive the wrong goods, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it. If the bike received is damaged due to transportation, please provide a photo of the damaged parts. After verification, we will send new parts for a replacement for free. Parts are shipped from China, delivery time is 7-10 working days.


Exchange
We accept free exchanges within 15 days. If you apply for an exchange due to product quality, please provide relevant photos or videos, and we will process your exchange request after verification.

The processing steps are as follows:

  • Buyers need to submit relevant photos or videos
  • After verification, the seller sends a return instruction to the warehouse
  • The buyer gets in touch with UPS to send the product back
  • After the warehouse receives the returned product, the seller resends a new bike to the customer

Refund
We will notify you after receiving and checking your return and whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund through the original payment method. Remember, your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and mail refunds. If you apply for a refund due to product quality, please provide relevant photos or videos, and we will process your exchange request after verification.

Q: “Are customs fees included in the price of Hanevear Ebikes?”
We will replace any parts deemed damaged during shipping. Electric bike shipping damage must be reported to Hanevear within 14 days of shipment arrival. This applies to all products. Hanevear may request additional documentation (such as video) to assist with accurately diagnosing the problem and processing the warranty claim.

To process a return, please follow these three simple steps:

NOTE:To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, or the e-bike must have less than 10 kilometres on display, and it must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.) and in its original packaging. This policy ensures that we can maintain the highest quality standards for you.

How can I maximize the battery life of my Hanevear electric bike?
To maximize the battery life of your Hanevear e-bike, charge the battery regularly, even if you haven't used the bike for a while. Avoid exposing the battery to extreme temperatures, and store it in a cool, dry place when not in use. Additionally, try to maintain a steady pedaling rhythm and avoid excessive throttle use to conserve battery power.
